Frequently Asked Questions

What is TRON Energy?

TRON Energy is a network resource consumed when executing smart contracts or transferring TRC-20 tokens such as USDT. Renting Energy allows you to perform these operations without burning TRX.

Why does a USDT transfer consume TRON resources?

USDT on TRON is a TRC-20 token. Transferring it requires Energy (and sometimes Bandwidth). If your account lacks sufficient free resources, the network burns TRX to cover the cost.

How is the rental price calculated?

The price is determined by current market rates for Energy, the selected duration, and the quantity of units. The frontend displays the quote provided by the backend.

How do I know whether payment has been received?

Check the on-chain transaction records on this page or use a block explorer with the transaction hash. Only backend confirmation marks the payment as received.

How can I verify that energy has been delivered?

After payment confirmation, check your wallet’s available Energy and look for the corresponding Energy delegation transaction. A TRX receipt alone does not prove Energy delivery.

Why can energy requirements differ between addresses?

If the recipient address already holds USDT, less Energy is typically required. Empty or new addresses may need more Energy for the same transfer.

What happens if I pay the wrong amount?

Paying an incorrect amount may result in the order not being processed automatically. Contact support with your order ID and transaction hash for assistance.

What happens if an order expires?

Expired orders are no longer valid. You will need to create a new order to receive a fresh quote and payment address.

Can I use an exchange withdrawal address?

No. Use a personal wallet address that you fully control. Exchange withdrawal addresses are managed by the exchange and may not receive delegated Energy.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

First check the on-chain status. Delays can occur due to network congestion. If the issue persists, contact support with your order ID.

How do I check a transaction on the blockchain?

Copy the transaction hash and open it on a trusted TRON block explorer such as TronScan. This shows confirmation status and details.

Does renting energy guarantee that every transfer will be free of TRX fees?

No. Renting Energy reduces or eliminates TRX burn for covered operations, but actual consumption depends on network conditions, account resources, and whether the recipient already holds the token.
